Clean and comfortable rooms with quality bedding and perfect showers. Very friendly and helpful staff who met all our requirements. Convenient location in the center of the city, with good restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance. Nice views over the city and the river from the hotel.

The hotel is also attached to an office building, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The staff provides helpful and friendly service. The breakfast offers a wide selection of items, including freshly made eggs and pastries. Guests can also enjoy the facilities of a nearby fitness club, which includes a swimming pool.
One minor drawback is that some guests mentioned issues with Wi-Fi connectivity initially.

We were really surprised by the fitness center at the hotel. It was like an LA fitness center with a swimming pool and saunas available for hotel guests to use for free. It was a great way to relax and stay active in Nur-Sultan. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a luxury hotel for a week and had an amazing experience. the exclusive amenities like the spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool were excellent. the masseuse at the treatment room was very professional and made us relaxed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient with nearby restaurants, and the service was impeccable.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of a night club within the hotel. Nonetheless, the provided leisure/ TV room made up for it.
